Senior Underwriter, and Underwriter Manager Susan Etter spoke at the 12th Annual Professional Hair Removal Conference (PHRC), in Miami Beach, Florida on April 5, 2014.
Susan’s presentation included the common needed insurance coverage for those technicians performing laser hair removal and electrolysis. Her focus was on professional liability, but she also touched on general liability and property issues.
Susan discussed coverage options in detail and addressed frequently asked questions and misconceptions about coverage in the hair removal industry. Susan also spoke on mitigation techniques to prevent claims in this area.
