Why do I need Cryotherapy Insurance?

Running a Cryotherapy spa is totally cool (pun intended), but a running a business exposes you to countless threats. There are many companies out there who offer business insurance policies, but several of these do not cover the specific services for Cryotherapy. If your coverage is with one of those other companies, if there is an issue with one of your procedures and your client decides to sue you or your company, you would be left unprotected and forced you to pay the settlement out-of-pocket. You could be forced to sell your business or even left bankrupt without the ability to pay for the settlement. Don’t get left out in the cold! Choose PPIB for your cryotherapy insurance today.

Yes, at PPIB we understand that every business is unique and has distinct insurance requirements. We offer customizable Cryotherapy policies to endure that your coverage aligns with your specific business needs.

Yes, they can be. If they are your employees, you should have them covered under your policy and we can protect you from claims that arise from their clientele. If they are independent contractors who are working under your business name, then we can also include them. If they are working under a different business name, then they will need to obtain their own coverage and name you as an additional insured.

The cost of Cryotherapy insurance can vary based on several factors. Insurance providers consider these factors when determining the premium for a policy. Here are some key factors that influence the cost of Cryotherapy insurance:

  1. Size and scope of business – The size of your business, whether you have a large spa with multiple types of operations or just 1 small suite with a Cryo Unit can impact the insurance cost. Larger facilities that offer more services may have higher premiums due to an increased risk and liability associated with more clients coming into the spa.
  2. Type of additional services – Some services are more invasive than others which create more long term problems if a claim were to arise. Therefore the type of services being performed may impact the insurance cost.
  3. Claims history – Insurance companies consider the claims history of your cryotherapy business when determining the cost of coverage. If you have a history of claims, it may result in higher premiums.
  4. Safety measures and risk management practices – Insurance providers assess the safety measures and risk management practices implemented by your business. Having robust safety protocols, ensuring your employees and you are properly trained for all services being performed and regular maintenance practices can help lower insurance costs by reducing the likelihood of accidents and claims.

Definitely. The General Liability policy of the business you rent space from most likely covers only their operations and clients coming into their business. You are a separate entity since you rent a space from another business. General Liability provides peace of mind with coverage for incidents involving your clients.

If desired, we can offer you a stand-alone Cryotherapy insurance policy covering only the services you need.
